1.Return Policy
Here at Feebee Jewelry Website, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry.
If you are not satisfied with the items received, you can request the dispute within 30 days after signing for the package, please reach out to us via email at yanvi@feebeejewelry.com or through Live Chat.
If your return is not initiated within 30 days then Feebee Jewelry Website will be unable to accept your return.
*Tips:
You need to tell us the reason, upload photos as evidence and describe the problem. We will respond within 48 hours.If the case proves, the return will be sent to your email in the form of a Gift Card within 24 hours.If you prefer a return to the original payment method, you will have to request it in the dispute.
2.Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Additional:
- We do not accept returned items that have been returned without proper return requests.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. The cost of the return (shipping and customs fees) must be borne by customer.
- Be sure to double check your returns before shipping them. We are not responsible for the return of products other than jewelry.
